Companion Cards

A companion card is issued to people with a disability who have a lifelong need for attendant care support in order to participate in community activities and attend venues. Our commitment to providing access to patrons with disability includes the issuing of a complimentary ticket to government issued Companion Card. Present your card when booking putt putt and you will receive your free companion ticket.

Getting to the venue

Parking
There is adequate free parking on site with wheelchair/accessible parking spots available.
 
Taxi & Ridesharing
If you catch a taxi or ridesharing service to the venue, we have a loading zone outside the front of the venue where you can get dropped off.

Attending the activity

Wheelchair Accessible Areas
The Alexandra Hills Hotel entrance is wheelchair accessible via the main entry and the putt putt entry. The main foyer, bar and dining areas are all wheelchair accessible; however, our putt putt course is not completely wheelchair accessible.
 
Ambulant Toilets
The Alexandra Hills Hotel is equipped with ambulant accessible toilets, located in the main pub dining area. There are ramps to get from our outside areas up to the toilets.
